Man Jumping From A Flying Plane.

What would happen if you jumped from a flying plane? Obviously, you will fall down on the surface of the earth. Just fell that moment when you are falling from a flying plane.  Will you feel weightlessness or something like that? Sounds crazy! Let’s crack it.

So, fist of all, what is free fall?

If the body moves under the influence of the gravity alone, the motion is called “free fall” or in other simple words, when a heavy ball of iron is released from a height, the ball is under the action of gravity (attraction of the earth) alone. Of course, there exists resistance due to air friction. If the shape of the body is spherical and its size is small, the air resistance is negligible as compared to the gravity. As a result, the motion of the body can be considered as a free fall. In fact, body falling in vacuum is the free fall. The best example of free fall could be a body falling onto the surface of the moon. It is because; the moon has no atmosphere around it.

In the case of jumping from a plane without a parachute is defiantly a very bad idea. But if you jumped you will fell weightlessness (not Truce Weightlessness) you fell that you are not being attracted by any force.

However, you are the only in free fall if the gravity is the only force acting on you. You do not experience this however, as your inertial frame is traveling with you and gravity exerts the same force on each and every point. You will however feel the effect when you eventually hit the ground if not, in orbit or heading into interstellar space. I repeat, jumping from a flying plane is defiantly a very bad idea!
